Hoteles Hi

I liked the list of local restaurants provided, working air conditioning, everything sparkling clean, power outlet at the bed, helpful signage in the shower showing which knob to turn for hot water, and loved the blackout curtains on the window. Unfortunately, the shower signage wasn't helpful actually making the "hot" water any warmer than saliva. Worse, I prepaid for my reservation and still it required 25 minutes to complete my check-in after being forced to queue in a line of people-- many of whom had not paid and some of whom did not even have a reservation! For a maximum 21 hour stay, do you realize that your guest was just forced to spend a full 2% of time they could have been relaxing in your hotel...instead standing in the hot sun on the sidewalk trying to get into your tiny hotel lobby-- waiting in a line to do something that should take no more than 3-5 minutes in a well-run hotel? And yeah, why have a television in the room and then provide no remote control at check-in or in the room itself? LOL there's not any buttons on the darn thing the guest can even use-- beyond the power button anyway. Just watch what we tell you to watch without volume control, ok? If you want another channel, you're out of luck. Of course, I could have gone down to the lobby to wait in line to ask about a remote control...thanks but no thanks! Put a phone in the room to call reception for help!

Modern clean compact rooms. Description says queen and twin bed, but twin is a bunk bed above the queen. Excellent security sand close to the highway. Would stay again.

Very clean in new modern dorm size room. Staff were efficient and patient. It's a good location and easy access to HWY. I would definitely staff there again.

I had a really good time the facility was as expected. Jacqueline was very hospitable and did a great job, and was very attentive. I would definitely recommend or I would stay here in the future.

The hotel works great to stay one or two nights, it has all the required facilities

The rooms are very nice and it was perfect for me. The service was 10/10, i really appreciate Abigail and Luz for helping me. They were really nice and i hope i can see them in my next visit.

We had a problem with the airbnb we rented and ended on this hotel, the room has a very functional use of the space, we slept 3 with no problem. As we arrived late at night the front desk had problems and couldn't provide extra blankets or pillows

The rooms in this hotel are TINY, but it's VERY clean and it's SUPER cheap, like around $30 USD a night or less - PERFECT if you just have a long lay over. If we have like 8 hours or more to waste in Guadalajara, we book one of these rooms. It's perfect when all you need is a place to store your luggage and a bed to lay down on for a little bit. But again - the rooms are TINY. Think European sized, only a little smaller, and with a bathroom (which is also TINY).
